To add an Attendance Signature, save the form and go to the Form Display.
Look for the Signatures box and either press
“Add a signature” or
“Add my saved signature” if this is not displayed, a signature has not been saved to your account yet (see “Saving a Signature for Future Use” below)
If approvals have been configured to require a signature, the signature canvas will be displayed in the approval screen.
Saving a Signature for Future Use
Click your username at the top right hand corner of the window to open the menu. Then click your username in in the list to open a window where your user account can be configured.
Find the “Saved signature” box and press “Add a signature” to capture and save a signature to your user account. It is helpful to use a touch screen to capture and save your signature.
