As an Authorized Lighthouse HSE Partner it is strongly recommended that you use our Customer Relations Management (CRM) process to keep track of your Leads, Lead Contacts, Quotes, Contracts, and Clients. The CRM process in the Partner Portal is the same one we use and has been specifically developed over time to manage our Lighthouse HSE brand.  


The first stage in our CRM process is a Lead. Please see the Lead Registration Policy and Lead Policy solutions for more information on leads and how to use the Lead process. 


After you have either received a lead from Lighthouse or registered a lead through the Lead process you will start the next phase of our CRM, the Lead Contact Log.
